• Time Window: You may request to cancel your order only within 15 minutes of placing it.
• How to Cancel: To initiate a cancellation, you must contact our support team immediately via phone or email.
• Confirmation: An order is only considered cancelled once you have received a formal confirmation from our team. If our kitchen has already begun preparing your meal or the order has been dispatched for delivery, we will be unable to process your cancellation.

2. No Return & Refund Policy

Due to the nature of our fast-food products, we do not accept returns and do not offer refunds once an order has been successfully delivered and accepted.

• Finality of Sale: By placing an order with Break Bite, you acknowledge that all sales are final. Please review your order details carefully in your cart before proceeding to checkout.
• Quality Commitment: We take great pride in the quality and preparation of our snacks and meals. If you have any concerns regarding the quality of your food upon arrival, please contact us immediately so we can address the issue for future orders.

3. Payment Terms

To ensure seamless operations and timely service, all orders must be paid for in full via our online payment gateway at the time of checkout.

• Your order will only be transmitted to our kitchen and confirmed once the payment is successfully processed.
